Documents in the context they belong to
Documents are not isolated files. In Lexeya they are linked to the matters, clients and business processes they belong to.
No more digging through folders
The document is where you expect it
When a document is linked to a matter, you reach it from the matter. There is no need to remember which folder on the network drive it is in, what the file is called or who saved it last.
Access rules apply to documents too, so users see only what they are authorised to access.

Frequently asked questions
Where are documents physically stored?
In Lexeya Cloud, documents are kept on the service's managed infrastructure. In the Lexeya Private model, they are stored on infrastructure chosen by your organisation, such as your own server or private cloud.
Can Lexeya automatically confirm receipt of filings from e-Komunikacija?
No, and that is deliberate. Confirming receipt has legal consequences, so it is always the user's decision. Lexeya shows the filings and the deadline for confirmation, and an authorised person gives the confirmation.
Will AI be able to read documents?
AI functions for processing content, such as summarising and structuring, are part of further development. They will be limited to documents the user is authorised to access, and the result is always an aid to the user, not a final decision.
