Clear responsibility for every task

Tasks can be assigned to a user, linked to a matter and given a priority, status and due date.

A clear division of responsibilities within the team

Who does what, and by when

A task has a short and a detailed description, a note, a matter number, a due date and one or more assigned colleagues. When the work is done, the task is marked as resolved and stays in the history.

Several assignees

A task can be assigned to one person or a whole small team, and everyone sees it in their own overview.

Linked to the matter

The matter number on the task links the work to the matter it belongs to.

Active and resolved

A filter separates pending work from completed work, and you can search by description, note and period.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

How is a task different from a deadline?
A deadline is a date that arises from proceedings or an obligation to a client. A task is work that someone in the firm needs to do, such as preparing a draft or gathering documents. Both appear on the dashboard.
Can I assign a task to a colleague?
Yes. When creating a task, select one or more assigned colleagues. The task appears in their task overview and on their dashboard.
Does a colleague get notified of a new task?
The application has an in-app notification system, and completed tasks appear as messages to the person who set the task.
