A fuller picture of every client

One client, one record

Client details are entered once and used in all of that client's matters. When an address or contact changes, the change shows everywhere the client appears.

What your firm gets

Quick to find

The client list can be filtered by name, OIB (Croatian ID number), phone, town and client type.

The client's matters

From the client record you see their active and closed matters, without a separate search.

Financial overview

Outgoing invoices and the customer ledger are kept in the firm's finance section, using the same client details.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

Does Lexeya distinguish between individuals and companies?
Yes. A client can be an individual or a company, and the client type can also be used as a filter in the list.
Can the same person be a party in several matters?
Yes. A client is a single record linked to as many matters as needed, so the data is not duplicated.
Can the client list be transferred from our old system?
Clients and contacts are among the first data transferred in a migration. The process is described on the Migration page.
