What does the Lexeya platform cover?
Matters, clients, documents, deadlines and calendar, tasks, time tracking and reports. The platform also covers other parts of a firm's work, such as records of hearings and meetings, internal messages and financial records, and modules are switched on according to the firm's needs.
How is a matter linked to the rest of the data?
The matter is the central point. It holds the client and opposing party, the court and court reference number, and tabs for activities, documents, reports, costs and items to invoice. Deadlines and tasks carry the matter number, so they appear both in the matter and in each user's personal overview.
Can billable and non-billable time be tracked?
Yes. Every activity on a matter (phone call, consultation, meeting, letter, email, hearing) records the date, description, user and whether it is billable or non-billable.
Which languages does Lexeya support?
The Lexeya interface is available today in six languages: Croatian, English, German, Italian, Slovenian and Dutch. The other official languages of the European Union and Serbian are in preparation.
Does Lexeya work on mobile phones?
Lexeya is a web application, so it runs in the browser on computers, tablets and mobile phones, with no installation on each computer. The interface also has a dark mode.
