Do we need our own server for Lexeya Cloud?
No. Lexeya Cloud is a managed service. The application and infrastructure are maintained centrally, and you access it through a web browser.
What if we lose our internet connection?
Lexeya Cloud is a web application, so it needs an internet connection to work. If constant availability without the internet is a requirement, let's talk about the Lexeya Private model on your infrastructure.
Who takes care of backups?
In the Cloud model, backups are part of the service. Details of frequency and recovery are agreed in the contract.
Can we switch to Private later?
Yes. The same platform runs in both models, so moving from the Cloud to a private installation does not mean changing software or learning it all again.
