Lexeya AI

AI for legal work, without losing control

Lexeya AI is designed as an assistive layer within everyday work — for searching, processing content and automating administrative processes. It does not replace the lawyer and does not make final professional decisions.

Four ways Lexeya AI helps

01

Find

Find relevant information faster. When data is organised within a single business context, AI can help users find information among the content they are authorised to access.

02

Summarise

A quicker overview of long content. AI functions can help prepare summaries and give longer texts and documents an initial structure.

03

Structure

Turn unstructured content into useful information. Lexeya AI can be used to identify and organise information from business content before it is processed further.

04

Automate

Fewer repetitive administrative steps. Frequently repeated processes can be automated step by step, with clear business rules and under the user's control.

Control

People stay at the centre of the decision

An AI result is an aid to the user, not a substitute for professional judgement.

The final decision, the review and the responsibility remain with the user.

Only permitted data

AI works on content the user is authorised to access. Permissions apply exactly as they do without AI.

The user reviews

A summary or suggestion is always a starting point for professional work, never a finished document.

Infrastructure of your choice

Organisations with special requirements can choose the Private model and their own data processing rules.

Introduced gradually

AI functions are switched on step by step, where they actually save time.

Where we are today. Lexeya is built as an AI-ready platform: data is structured and connected, which is a prerequisite for useful AI functions. AI capabilities are being introduced gradually. In the demo, we show what is available in the current version.
Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

Does Lexeya AI give legal advice?
No. Lexeya AI is an assistive tool for searching, summarising, structuring and automating administrative work. It does not give legal advice and does not make professional decisions. The final decision, the review and the responsibility remain with the user.
Can AI see matters I don't have access to?
It must not. AI is designed to work only on data the user is authorised to access, under the same permissions that apply in the rest of the system.
Is the firm's data used to train AI models?
The data processing rules for AI functions are agreed with the firm before they are switched on. Organisations with special requirements can choose Lexeya Private, where they have greater control over infrastructure and processing.
Is AI mandatory?
No. AI functions are an additional layer. Lexeya can be used fully without them.

AI where it actually saves time
